The gated-community marketplace

Harbor is the one place a brand can discover, vet, negotiate with, and pay the admins of high-trust Facebook Groups, Discord servers, and WhatsApp communities. The audiences ads can’t reach. Every introduction, conversation, and dollar stays inside Harbor, protected by escrow.

Why gated communities

The most trusted rooms on the internet are closed. The private group where new parents actually ask for product advice. The Discord where a game’s whole community lives. The WhatsApp group a neighborhood runs on. Ads can’t get in. Feeds don’t reach them. A recommendation from the person who runs the room carries more weight than any impression a brand can buy.

What Harbor does

Harbor is the vetting layer and the escrow rail between two sides:

For brands. Describe who you want to reach in plain language. Harbor returns a short, ranked shortlist of vetted communities with honest numbers: member counts labeled verified or self-reported, engagement where measured, a computed fit score, and a starting rate. Never a raw dump, never a scraped contact list.

For community managers. Ordinary people who built real communities. They claim their listing, verify ownership, set their rates, and approve only the offers they want. The money is held in escrow before they post. Harbor is free for community managers; a 10% fee applies only when they get paid.

What Harbor is not

Harbor is not a contact broker and not a scraped directory. Admin contact details are never shown to brands and never leave Harbor. Deals happen in the open, inside one Deal Room, with both sides seeing every figure.

The numbers behind every deal

An agreed $700 deal works like this: the brand pays $735 (a 5% brand fee on top). The creator receives $630 (after a 10% creator fee). Harbor keeps $105, 15% in total. The same math is shown to both sides before anyone commits.

Where Harbor operates

Harbor lists English-language communities focused on the US, UK, Canada, and Australia, across consumer verticals including Parenting, Gaming, Health and Wellness, Software, Apparel, Crypto, and Weight Loss. Every listed community passes a quality bar: a real, gated community with at least 1,000 members, run by an individual, reachable, and brand-payable.
