Pricing

Harbor has two prices and no hidden ones: a monthly plan that sets how many communities a brand can strike deals with, and a 15% fee on each deal, split 5% to the brand side and 10% to the creator side. Community managers pay nothing to join, list, or negotiate.

A plan counts a community when a deal is accepted, per distinct community per billing period. Campaigns themselves are never capped; the plan is the only boundary.

The deal fee, in full

Every deal carries a 15% total fee: the brand pays 5% on top of the agreed amount, and the creator’s side carries 10%.

Refunds

Refunds make the brand whole. A dispute refund, a pre-delivery cancellation, or a missed deadline returns the full charge, including the 5% brand fee.

Community managers: free, always

Joining, claiming, verification, listing, and negotiating cost nothing. Harbor’s 10% applies only when you get paid.

Pricing questions

How much does it cost to sponsor a community post?

Rates are set by each community's admin, shown as "from $X" on listings, and negotiated in the Deal Room. As a worked example of the fee math: on an agreed $700 deal the brand pays $735 total, the creator receives $630, and Harbor keeps $105, 15% overall.

What does Harbor charge admins?

Nothing to join, claim, verify, list, or negotiate. When a deal pays out, 10% is deducted from the agreed amount. On a $700 deal you receive $630, and you saw that figure before accepting.

What happens if the post never goes up?

The money never moves. Escrow releases only after the admin delivers proof and the brand approves, or after the grace window on an approved delivery. A missed deadline or a pre-delivery cancellation refunds the full charge, including the brand fee.
